MTEBC is a professional organization that supports educational programs and provides a forum for the exchange of information and ideas. The Council, a non-profit organization, was founded in September 1981. It has grown from 15 members to over 200 members by serving as one of Middle Tennessee's principal forums for educational programs on employee benefits.
