We’ll also examine the impacts on prescription drug costs, transparency, COVID policy, abortion rights, and more.

During the Annual Meeting section of our event our members  will elect officers for the 2023 year.

Non-members $40.00 (live/lunch) or $20.00 (virtual streaming)

For the December meeting, non-members who manage/administer benefits for their employer are invited to attend either the In Person program or the Zoom session at no charge.  To take advantage of this offer, email your name, position, employer, and phone number to operations@mtebc.org by December 1st.  Once processed you will receive an email confirming your In Person reservation or the information on how to log in to the Zoom session.  If you are not eligible for this offer based on your responsibilities, but bring a guest who is, then both of your registrations will be at no charge.  You must email both your names, positions, employers and phone numbers to operations@mtebc.org to take advantage of this offer.

For everyone else, in order to ensure that our members receive the benefit of free registration if they participate virtually via Zoom we are using a two-step virtual registration process.

In-person registrations are one step, completed on our website.

Step one – (virtual & in-person attendance) register for the event on our website (and make payment if in-person member or non-member participant).  (if registering for in-person/lunch: done)

Step two (for virtual attendees only) - open your registration confirmation email, click on the Zoom registration link provided in that registration confirmation and complete your registration on Zoom. You will receive an email from Zoom with a meeting link which will take you to the meeting when you click on it once the meeting is open for sign in.
