We have the opportunity to develop our own Ethics Hotline and I could use some advice, especially from private companies.  HR understands we need a TPA to control confidentially but we are unaware of those types of companies in the Nashville area. 

• Any ideas on who we should call?  
• How is your plan working?  
• Any pitfalls I need to worry about?
